We are registered with the Idaho Department of Finance to offer equity investment through the SCOR (Small Company Offering Regulation) program. This allows us to accept investments in virtually any amount up to one-million dollars from any Idaho resident, including non-accredited investors.

We are currently accepting investments of five-thousand dollars or more in the entity that owns the existing shop and to open two more YoGee's Yogurt & Gelato shops in the Boise Area.

We are working to develop YoGee's Yogurt & Gelato into a worldwide franchise business headquartered in the Boise Area, and will be accepting expressions of interests from parties until that time comes. We expect to make it come soon.
